Generally speaking, if your application submit all requirements, you can get your visa and passport after 4 workign days counted from the date of application, however, if you didn't provide complete documents, your application will be delayed. Please pay attention to the 4 working days rather than 4 days, for example, if you submit visa application on September 30, but the embassy closes from October 1 to October 7, then you can only pick up your visa on october 12, because embassy will be also closed on October 9 & 10 for Weekend.
