Hi， it would cost you about CNY160-180 from the airport to Jinjiang Inn Hotel. I suggest you take the airport night line to JIng'an Temple and then take a taxi, It would be much cheaper.
Some of the drivers may be know a bit of English.

If you are on a tight budget, then David's idea is good but less convenient. I would not assume that the taxi driver will speak english...you should visit the hotel website and print out the address then ask someone at the airport perhaps to translate into Chinese, then show that to the taxi driver. It sounds like this might be your first visit to Shanghai, if so I think you'll love the city!
