Hi! I'd like to go to this city after I visit Tongliao, maybe on the 3 or 4th of Oct...are there any tour groups that go to these attractions? If I do it by myself, where will I get transportation to those sites? Will there be any activities in the grassland at this time? Thanks a lot!
