About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I would like to apply the visa by submitting the application personally in Malaysia but I am unbale to collect it by personally. Can I get my relative or friend to collect on behalf of me? Do I need to get permission or fill up any form to let my friend/relative to collect the passport/visa for me?

You can get your relative or friend to collect the visa on behalf of you, you just need to give him/her the Pick-Up Receipt to collect your passport/visa. Other form is not required.
