About:Xuzhou Travel

Im in Xuzhou right now. It has been a quietly kept secret as many foreign travellers just don't have it on their itinerary after hearing about ShangHai, Suzhou, BeiJing, Xian, Chengdu. China just has so many places, it's easy to get in the rut of commonality 'unless' you really ask specific questions. Then, again, you have to know a little bit about your subject (Chinese history and culture) in order to ask intelligent questions. Example, my question was "what is the most historic landmark of XuZhou, Jiangsu"? and I was taken aback with the history of Han Dynasty in Xuzhou. I've been here twice before to visit friends, local natives and they completely understated the relevance of Xuzhou to ancient Chinese history. Study some more, be very specific about your quest "after" you have done more study. If you e-mail to me, mention Xuzhou so I won't confuse 'you' with spam. thank you, happy adventures.10/9/23
