About:China Train

Dear Sir,
I will like to go from Shanghai to Shenzhen by train but the journey is too long. I wish to take a break somewhere for a day. I prefer an ancient town, village or even a city but I don't any touristy place along this way. Is Nanchang the best city? Where will you suggest?

There is only one train T211 available from Shanghai to Shenzhen and not passing by the city-Nanchang. Anyway, you could take the sleeper directly to Shenzhen on the train. Or, you can buy two separate tickets, first to Nanchang and then to Shenzhen.
