About:China Visa on Arrival

I am planning to enter Zhu Hai for Remax Exhbition through Macau on the 25th Sept. Stay in Zhu Hai for 2 days then leave for Shen Zen (visiting factories). Planning to leave Shenzen on the 1st Oct. Can i make the VOA in Zhuhai upon arrival and leave through Shenzen? Thanx for replying
