Hi, I think you can go to Wangfujing or Xidan commercial streets to look for these things.

I know both Xidan and Wangfujing. Vendors from many parts of China, like Hangzhou and Suzhou, were selling products for maybe one week. Then after a few months they came back. It was like an outlet where local people bought clothes, fabrics, silk quilts, cashmere etc. Would be very happy it somebody can tell me where they have moved.
