where to get off from hkia to cityview, yau ma tei, kowloonback?

where to get off from HKIA to CityView, yau ma tei, kowloon and back? how much is the fare? and where to ride going to Macau from our hotel and back and the fare and also where to get ticket and how much? thank you very much.

1. Take Bus A21 and alight at Man Ming Lane, Nathan Road, HKD33.2. Take MTR from Yau Ma Tei Station to Central and walk to Sheung Wan Ferry Terminal and take ferry to Macau. Altogether around HKD160 per person.When getting back, still take ferry to Hong KOng and then take MTR to your hotel. Ferry tickets can be bought at the ferry terminal.
