About:China Work Visa

I will be working in China for a US Business; and in China at the request of that US Business. Problem is, I plan to be there for many Years.

Do I require a Z Visa or will an F Visa suffice?

If an F Visa is OK, how long can I stay with each entry? 60 days? 90?

Thank you.

Mr.Whitney, you can apply for a multi-entry F visa to China if you need to return US frequently. Otherwise, you can apply for a Z visa if your employer in China can send you a work permit and an invitation letter for your visa application. Generally, a F visa allows you to live in China for 90 days with each entry. For each entry, you can just go through the control and trun back again without actually leaving China.
