The light show is free. The light show is set in Victoria harbor, you can see it in Star Avenue, Victoria Harbor area. You will have a heartquake experience in Disneyland in the evening. The rides will be included in tickets. The night adventures in Disneyland is a few days before the Halloween. It seems 300HKD per adult ticket. Anyway, I suggest you go at daytime and leave till night, 350HKD.
