You need to apply for a tourist visa (L Visa) to China, but a medical examination record is not required if you stay in China is less than 6 months. Besides your valid passport and enough money in your account, the Round trip air-ticket, hotel reservation, original invitation from an authorized Chinese travel agency and one completed visa application form which one passport-size photo is attached are also required. You can download the visa application form from the top of this page.
