I've got a SINGLE entry visa to Guangzhou,after 3-4 days, I'll be going to Macau for about 2 days,then back to Guangzhou to catch my flight back to Kuala Lumpur.Please advise.My trip will be in 2 weeks time.

Now, your single-entry visa only permits you to go to Guangzhou, for the second entry, you need to get a new single-entry to return to Guangzhou from Macau.
