Hi - I'll be in Shanghai this October to see the Expo 2010.  I would also like to see Shanghai Outlet Store in 2888 Hu Qing Ping Road.  Is this in the outskirts or suburb of Shanghai or is it in the city?  How can I reach it?  Can I take the subway in going there?  If so, which Line?  If by taxi, how much will be the fare.  Is it safe if I take bus?  Many, many thanks in advanced to those who will reply.
