I'm trying to call the hourly hotel but no body answer the call!
May I know is the hourly hotel only restricted to transit passenger? I arrived Pudong at 6.30am and my meeting is at 11.30am thus I would like to stay 2-3 hours at the hourly hotel. My return flight will be at 7.30pm on the same day.

No, the hourly hotel is not only for transit passenger. Maybe it is busy at that time. You can try to call them again. Or you can book the hotel online.
