About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I am a Malaysian and married to a Chinese citizen.
Can I apply for a resident visa ( D Visa )?; and how do I go about it?

If your wife is living in China, you can apply for a L (family visit)visa instead. After you enter China, you can apply for a resience permit at her local PSB that valid for one year. With the permit,you can enter and exit China freely.
