Neither of you and your wife need a visa to Hong Kong and Macau. Malaysian and Filipino nationals are exempt from a visa to Macau for up to 30 days, A visa is not required for Filipino who visit Hk for up to 14 days, however, maybe you will face some problems to Hk because of the hostage tradge of HK tourists in Manila, Malaysian nationals don't need a visa to Hk for up to 90 days.
