About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I'm a Malaysian, if I can produce proof thst I have been to China in my old passport, and I produce it along with my new passport for visa application to China, will it be enought to get approval?

yes, it is very helpful for your China visa application, it greatly enchance the chance of getting a Chinese visa if you provide the copy of previous China visa on your passport.
