About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I just received my letter from employer here in UAE. Since I have resigned, they mentioned my final date of employment (Sept 11). In which case...will the chinese embassy in the UAE still grant me a visa? Or should I now go to Dubai???

I guess that the Chinese embassy in UAE won't give you a visa to China because UAE resident visa valid for more than 6 months is required for applicants other than UAE nationals. Your employment will end on Sep.11, 2010, therefore, I think that you UAE residence permit won't have 6 months validity. Anyhow, you can have a try, if you are refused, you can go to Dubai try again.
