Hi, i am a chinese person who want get marry in london . the problem is i don't have birth certificate where the register office ask for.  as i asked my parents they told me that i dont have one even them dont have. i dont know what to do. there are any one can give me a advice? or chinese embassy in london can apply me this document???please reply me if you know the way. thank so much

Chinese embassy in london can't issue the birth certificate to you, I understand your sitation because I have the same problem, I was born in 1980 in a village, I don't have a birth certificate because I was not born in a hospital.
