About:Changchun Shopping

Can I do shopping US Dollar $ or is it compulsory to get RMB/yuan for shopping in Changchun? If yes, do the seller give good exchange rates than that of Bank?

Only RMB can be used in Changchun, and I'm afraid you can only exchange money at banks since sellers can't do this.
