We leave one month for Fuzhou. My daughter was selected to represent Team USA for the upcoming Special Olympic games being held in Fuzhou in September. I have a couple of questions. Are Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards accepted in stores - I understand the higher end malls do - but the simple street shops?.

Also - as this is a sudden trip - I don't know ANY manderin - just phrases that I'm now learning. Do many people speak English?
