About:Changchun Shopping

Hello everyone!
I wanted to buy a good cheap mobile phone and laptop in Changchun. How much do it cost? Where can I buy and can I bargain?

I want also Sim card which Telephone company has best offers in Changchun esp calling abroad.

You can go to Haitian Cellphone Center at 661, Chongqing Lu, Nanguan District. There you can buy cellphone in a lower price and you can bargain.

Telephone company, well, there are China Mobile, China Unicome and China Telecome are all available.
