About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

Hi..my luggage has been lost flying from Venice to Beijing and I don't know what to do..I telephoned all the airline companies and the airports but nobody said me something about my luggage..And i can't call china airport because i don't speak chinese and I know very few words of english..Is there an email address of the lost and found desk of the beijing airport terminal 2?
help me please..i'm desperate

There seems no e-mail address or something, but there is a Faq session on the website of Capital Airport, you can post your question there,they will help you. BTW, you can go on contacting the aircompany since they need to give you some compensate for this situation.
