Hi every body !Finally, I found a recent site with somebody knowing Ningbo. As my daughter (23 years old) will go there in september working during 4 months, I would like to know what she absolutely needs to bring (medecine, others ...), which advice can you give to her ?Other thing, I would to visit her end of september. Which hotel will be OK (price/comfort), which region may we visit during our vacation (not too expensive - too fare away ...)Thanks for every counsel you can give to me ( I am an axious mother !)Best RegardsJolle

When you come, I think you can visit Hangzhou and Shanghai, these two cities are both famous tourist destinations. And you can reach there by train, the ticket is around CNY100 to Shanghai and around CNY50 to Hangzhou. Hope this can help you!

Well, Sep and Oct are mild in Ningbo, no special attention. But, please prepare warm sweater in case of the humid and cool Nov and Dec. Actually, I don't think you have to take too many things since you could purchase what you need easily here, or go to the nearby Shanghai City. As for medecine, seems the China Customs will not allow you take too much to enter into China. You could check in a hotel close to your daughter's office. There will be many nice choice.
