i am a student of guangxi medical university.

Question

I am a student of Guangxi Medical University. Due to certain circumstances I didn't renewed my student visa permit and came to Nepal. Now the university is closed so I cannot get the documents from the university to renew my visa. So can I go to the China with a tourist visa and then get the documents and change the tourist visa to student visa in China. Please help me I am desperate. It is about my future.

You have studied in Guangxi, so, do you have any documents that describes your unfinished study there? if you have any, you can have a try to explain to the visa officers. Maybe you can wait until the day that the university sends you the needed documents. I am not sure you can change the L visa to X visa in China.
