Find a school job offer (there are special webs that about teaching English Abroad including in China. There are many job offers). Better to find public schools and colleges. The school will send dou ivitation letter with which you can bring to Chinese Embassy in your country to handle your Z visa. If you want long-term teaching in China, you should have to apply for residence permit and work permit in Labor Bureau.
