About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I live in Guam and making and trying to find some information for a friend living here in Guam and a Chinese citizen whose passport has expired. She has made some inquiries and found out that she must be seen in person to renew the passport. I saw your response on line "78" of this post and wonder if the process is the same. Can you explain what is ment bt travel/visa agent. She was also under the impression that some official representative travels to Guam at certain times to take care of all Chinese passport/visa problems in Guam. If this is true, is there a schedule?

Mr.Mitchum, it's true that your friend has to submit the renew of Chinese passport in person, I can't read the respose of line 78 about the renewal of Chinese passport, as for the schedule of Some official representatives going to Guam at certain times, you'd better call the China embassy in USA. This is not the official website of the embassy.
