About:How to Take Shanghai Metro

Would you please tell me how to get to Crowne Plaza Shanghai (400 Panyu Lu) from Pudong Airport by public transportation (subway or airport shuttle bus)? Thank you!

You can take subway Line 2 and get off at Jing'an Temple. Then take bus 76 and alight at Xinhua Lu Panyu Lu. Walk about 100m towards southwest.

Instead of taking bus 76, how much does it cost to get from JingAn Temple to Crowne Plaza by taxi? Thank you!

It will cost you about CNY15-20 by taxi from Jing'an Temple to Crowne Plaza.

Hi Tina,
I've commuted frequently between Pudong and hotels in the area of the Crowne Plaza...I've always taken a taxi for about 180-200RMB. If you are on a tight budget the subway & taxi approach noted above makes the most sense. If this is your first time in Shanghai you might contact the hotel to see if they offer an airport shuttle...I know the nearby Hilton does and it is very inexpensive.
