Hi! We have booked a flight through an agency in Dubai and we got an available (connecting) flight DUBAI-GUANGZHOU-MANILA for 18th December 2010. In the booking, arrival to Guangzhou would be 1355 on 18/12/10 hrs and the connecting flight to Manila would only be on the day after, 19/12/10 at 1140 hrs. So I would like to know if the Airline would provide hotel accommodation during the long hours of waiting, and if it's possible to go out of the airport to at least view the place while waiting for the next connecting flight, as time-waiting will take very, very long???

Without transit visa, transit passengers taking international flight can only stay in the airport transit area and should depart within 24 hours, which is one word in the Chinese Visa Exemption regulations. For the accommodation details in the airport, you can enquire the airlines for more.
