I am Palestinian, I have an academic conference in Hong Kong (ICIP2010 26-29/Sep), where I can present for the Visa? In Ramallah or in Tel-Aviv? Another question about the Major purpose of the visit in the application, there is no choice about academic conferences, so should I specifiy that in OTHER?
