About:Chinese Embassy in Israel

Dear Sir,

I am Palestinian, I have an academic conference in Hong Kong (ICIP2010 26-29/Sep), where I can present for the Visa? In Ramallah or in Tel-Aviv? Another question about the Major purpose of the visit in the application, there is no choice about academic conferences, so should I specifiy that in OTHER?

You can submit your visa application to the Chinese embassy in Tel Aviv. And you can apply an F visa to Hong Kong.
