About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I will be reaching Shanghai pudong from US in the evening at 7.30 P.M. and my next flight to Korea is after about 13 and 1/2 hours. Please advise:
1. Can I get a hotel accommodation in Pudong airport itself. If so, what is the name,d where it is located in the ariport and what is the tarriff.
2. is transit visa available in Pudong airport so that I can go out for a short site seeing

First of all, it is not suggested that you go to downtown area. Not very much interesting at night and there will be no transportation back to the airport.

There are several hotels around the Pudong Airport. For example, the Shanghai Airlines Travel Hotel Pudong Airport Branch (4-star&2km away)and the Jinjiang Inn shanghai Pudong Airport (comfort inn&2km away). You could search them out on this website with rate.
Ps: these hotels do supply free bus between airport terminal and hotels.
