I want to go to China to purchase some materials for my product. The company I am inquiring from insisted that I must buy the stock they have before they could send me an invitation latter. They have sent me their sample through DHL and the quality is not good enough yet they insisted that I must buy that before they can issue me a letter of invitation.I want to go to China personaly to source for the exact materials I need even if it will mean depositing money to Chinese embassy in Nigeria so that visa can be given me, then when I return from the business trip, I can collect the money back.

I can understand that the company asks you to buy his stock before sending you the invitation letter, if he has sent you the invitation letter, you come to China, but you won't buy his products, but the company burdens the credit of the invitation letter.
