About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi, I am a China Passport Holder with Singapore PR.
MY passport is expiring soon. I would like to ask the details for renewal of passport.
As I'm currently 19years old, what sort of documentary do I have to bring, including my parents' ? Is it possible to renew myself ?

The following documents are required for passport renewal:
1. one completed China passport application form
2. 2 passport photos (2X2 inches)
3. your present passport and its copy
4. Singapore PR and its copy
for applicants under the age of 21, more documents are required:
1. notarization of birth certificate or Singapore birth certificate
2. Chinese passports of both parents, Singapore residence permit and its copy of both parents (if parents are not in Singapore, the copy of household registration of parents is required), if one parent is not Chinese citizen, the certificate of you have not join other nationality except for China is also required.

You shall renew passport in person.

Is there any application form online ?
Cause from Singapore China Embassy, there is only visa form.

You can get the China passport application form for free from the embassy, you have to submit the application in person, therefore, when you go to the embassy, get the application form, then fill it. You can get a new passport.
