About:Suzhou Attractions

Hi!
A small group of us in Shanghai were thinking about make a day trip to Suzhou. We were wondering how much could we see in a days time (from 9 am - 5 pm)? What is the best thing to do about a guide? Can we get one when we arrive, or should we try and set one up before we leave? Also, what are the must sees?

You can find a guide in Suzhou. For example, if you are going to see Humble Administrator's Garden, you can pay for a guide when you buy ticket. As to what to see in one day, I think you can follow the second day arrangement in this itinaery:
