hi i just want to ask some question, my current employer renew my work permit last june,then now another company wants me to work with them, my working visa will expire on july 20,is it possible that the new company will be the one to renew it?

Your new employer has to apply for a new work permit for you, you can't use your previous work permit and work visa because your previous employer generally doesn't allow you to use the document they applied for you, now you will have new wmployer, you new employer should do this for you.
