Thank's Mrs Linda for your reply to my question regarding extending the duration of stay in China.I have not yet apply the visa yet, so can I apply it at the KL   embassy for the duration of 45 days or more? If possible, must I apply it personally,  or can I go through one of the agency to have it done for me. Thank you again......

The duration of one entry is 30 days in general. Besides you can try to apply for a multi-entry visa. For each entry, you can stay for 30 days. you can either entrust others or travel agencies to apply for you at Chinese Embassy in KL.
