Do you mean Keqiao Town, Shaoxing City?
If so, you can take bus 407 from the airport and get off at South Bus Station of Hangzhou. Then take the shuttle bus to Keqiao Town.0

There is Direct Bus from Hangzhou airport to Keqiao also.
Just check at the Arrival Information counter they will give you detail.
there are many bus to Shaoxig (Via Keqia) till 8 o'clock in the evening.
If you are late then take a Taxi to keqiao and dont pay more then 200 RMB1
