About:Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan

Hi,
I am trying to apply for a Chinese Visa through the Chinese Embassy in Kabul but I cannot go to Kabul in person. Can I mail all of my documents to the Chinese Embassy? What is the address and who is the "Attn"? What type of payment method is most accepted?
I would also like to express post it and have it sent back in the same day. How much will that cost?
Thank you!

The visa application by post/mailing is not accepted, if you can't go to Kabul to submit visa application, you can ask your friends, relatives or a travel agency in Kabul to submit it on your behalf, you can mail the visa application to them, then they can submit to the embassy for you.
