My family(4 pax) are going over to Macau & Hong Kong coming early July for a 6 days visit, we will put up a night in Macau only and 4 nights in Hong Kong. Please give me a rough idea how best to maximise on my visit, we wish to cover Macau popular spots(St Paul's ruins, casinos, etc) and of course for Hong Kong, not to miss Ocean Park/Disneyland/Repulse Bay/Arbeedeen(floating restaurant) and Lantau Island if possible. Please tell me the best itinerary that i can save on my time for planning. Please also include transportation via MRT or bus, any special pass that I can purchase like a day pass or something like that. I will be putting up in Kowloon Hostel(Hong Kong) and Grand View Hotel(Macau). Walking around is no hassle for us. I understand that we can go over to Shenzen(with a pass of less than 5 days visit to be applied on the spot), is it possible to do so within the number of days that I mentioned? Lastly, what is the recommended food(not to be missed) when in Macau and Hong Kong.   Also, about the weather, how is it like then, hot or rainy days??Do we need to bring along sweater if it is cold? Hi，one day for Macau and 5 days for Hong Kong is a good idea, if you want to Shenzhen, you can spend one day there visit the Window of the World. Which can be reached by subway from Lo Wu Customs. Disneyland and Lantau Island is on the same way and Aberdeen, Ocean Park and Repulse Bay is on the same way. There is a tourist pass, you can look for the detail on the official website of Hong Kong MTR. When in Macau, you must go to the Senado Square and have some snacks in the restaurants around it, they represent the most famous Macau snacks. In Hong Kong, you should go to the Food Forum at Times Square, Causeway Bay, here gathered varied flavor cuisines. The wether of Hong Kong is hot these days, sweater is unnecessary.
