short sleeved blouse is OK~~~ Fuzhou has a subtropical climate.

It can get very cold too. I would not bring clothes though, just buy what you need there.  Quality and value are great, it is fun to have style variations too.  My favorite shirts are ones I got to fill  needs in Fuzhou.
