About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

We will arrive in Shanghai early morning and fly onwards late at night. What can we do during our stay? Leave the airport and explore the city? Do we need a visa? We will be two aduls and two kids.

Yes, you can go into the city center without a visa. Australian passport and other 20 countries can leave Pudong and Hongqiao Airport without transit visa if no more than 48 hours.
