About:China Train Stations

My friend is from Yingshan County, Nanchong city, Sichuan Province. She has permit but her visa to Macau already expired and I want to know that can she apply in Nanchong city or Yingshan County for the Macau /Hong Kong visa? TQ

Usually, for the Macau/ Hong Kong Permit, people can go to the immigration authorities in the place where their residence is registered. So your friend can go to the immigration authorities in Yingshan County for help.
