About:Jiangxi Area & Zip Code

i need to return a parcel to the follwoing address. Can you confirm that this is a valid address and either confirm or correct the postal code?

Floral Street
Taihe County Town 304 Ma
Ji'an, Jiangxi Provence 343000

I am chinese, but i don't catch the address. Floral Street is the street name, right? Give the Pingyin of the street if you can. And then Taihe County is the couty, But what does "Town 304 Ma" mean? I'm confused. Ji'an is the city and Jiangxi is the Province. The post code is correct for Ji'an City of Jiangxi Province. This is all i could understand as a Chinese for your address.
