About:Terms of Use

We are going to the Harbin for the Ice festival in January 2011

Does anyone know if we can hire all the warm apparell at the Holiday Inn?
Is there a conducted tour around the festival or do we have to walk or go by taxi or bus?

Hi,there
If you want an arranged tour, i bet you can find agents around the festival. You can also tour by yourself, either by taxi or by bus.
