About:China Visa on Arrival

I have a visa for China. But my colleague (she), Philippine nationality passport holder is not having China Visa.
Can she get the visa on arrival, our route is:

Option A : Indonesia - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - GuangZhou, China.
Option B : Indonesia - Hong Kong. Then continue by ferry to ShenZhen.

Our destination in China is Dong Guan.

Please advise.

She can't get a visa on arrival, please apply for China visa before departure.

if you are going by ferry from the airport direct to Shekou - I am afraid you won't be able to buy ferry ticket as the ticket seller will check on her Chinese visa first before selling you ferry ticket.
