hi good day.my boyfriend is coming here in the philippines to marry me.i just want to ask if how he can get the certificate of legal capacity to contract marriage and where we can get it?can i get the certificate for him and what are the requirements? he is from hongkong. and is it possible that i can go with him to hongkong after our marriage here and we will apply the dependant visa their in hongkong? i really need your answer and it is a big help for us.thank you so much sir.

Ms.casssey, the Chinese Embassy/Consualte-General in Philippines doean't deal with the Marriage Registration between Filipinos and Hong Kong SAR passport holders, you'd better enquire a lawyer in Philippines or Foreign Affairs Department of Philippines.
