I am an Indian Passport holder currently employed / resident in Sharjah UAE looking for a VISIT VISA of China in order to make a visit to China for obtaining necessary admission details directly from Medical Colleges / Universities offering MBBS Degree programme. In this regard I have few queries to be clarifed ;-(1) Being an Indian Citizen Am I eligible to apply for VISIT VISA from Dubai, UAE(2) If eligible, what are the documents to be submitted with the application. (3) Since I am looking for the admission to my daughter, being parent whether I am eligible to get or apply for VISA which is valid until her course of study is completed as this would help me to make visit to China as and when my visit is necessary there. Mr.George Abraham, 1. you are eligible to apply for VISIT VISA from Dubai, UAE if your UAE resident visa valid for more than 6 months.2. the requirements for China Tourist Visa Application are: Original passport with blank visa pages and validity of more than 6 months;UAE resident visa valid for more than 6 months. (Excluding non-GCC applicants); Application Form which must be completed neatly and signed by the applicant;One passport photo (and the photos of the applicant's A No-objection letter from the applicant's company stating his or her monthly or yearly salary;An invitation from CHINA either from a company, organization or individual with a copy of the company licenses or individual ID cards or passport & residence visa;Round-trip air tickets.3. If your daughter get the China X visa or F visa, which are helpful for your China visa application, you can ask for the stay duration as long as the length of her course.
