About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I have a multiple entry 90 day Chinese L visa that ends on June 10, 2010. Because I've been traveling, my temporary residency papers end on July 5th, 2010. If I leave China again for a few days, then return before June 10th, will I still get another 90 days or must I leave by June 10th. I'm under the understanding that your time of visit starts upon entry, rather than based on the expiration date of the visa. Is that correct?
