hi, is Holiday Inn Express MeiLong near to World Expo? What is the distance? and is there any public transport to go to World Expo and other Shanghai attractions from the hotel? What is the recommended hotel (clean and comfortable) to stay if to visit Expo and tour around Shanghai? thank you!

The hotel in Yindu Road, Changning District, isn't it? It is far from the expo, about 20 km from the nearest exit. The hotel is close to Yindu Road subway Station of Line 5. You can take subway Line 5 to Xinzhuang and then change to Line 1 to Shanghai Stadium. There are speicle expo bus line there to the entrance to expo.
